Creamy, crunchy, and satisfying—this chicken caesar pasta salad is a full meal with grilled chicken, pasta, and bold Caesar flavor.
Ingredients
8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
2 cups grilled chicken, sliced
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup croutons
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: cherry tomatoes, crispy beef, avocado
Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente, then rinse and cool
Season and cook chicken; slice once cool
In large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, romaine, parmesan
Drizzle in Caesar dressing, toss to coat
Add salt and pepper to taste
Chill for at least 30 minutes
Top with croutons before serving
Optional: Add extra toppings like tomatoes or beef
Notes
To make ahead, store croutons separately and add before serving. Great for meal prep, picnics, and lunchboxes. Can be made with rotisserie chicken for speed.
