Ingredients
2 steelhead trout fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place steelhead trout fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
4. Sprinkle garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
5. Place lemon slices over the fish.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with roasted vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
